Dear Anna You gave me quite a shock when I received your bill - The collar in braided waist was put in too tight first place and the waist of crepe dress was always a failure so much so that I never wore it but a few times and when I did my friends remarked they wondered if I knew how badly it looked on me that I feel that you were only rectifying your own mistakes and $60 charge on moire for mother I also think an over charge As you know Anna I always pay your price and also pay bills very promptly but this one I am not satisfied with - If I am not doing the correct thing let me know and I wont bother you again Most cordially Lottie Luther
